AELCC coaches are all successful coaches with successful business experience.
All AELCC coaches have more than 15 years’ business experience working at senior leadership levels in a number of different industries and in a number of countries. AELCC coaches are trained in the models and approaches used as well as being accredited in all of the assessment instruments used. Ongoing training is provided and required.
Training for AELCC coaches includes an internship approach which requires observing coaching delivery where agreed with the executive participant, observation by the principal coaches and ongoing calibration and monitoring of the coaches to maintain consistency and quality.

Dr Mabel Gonzales
Dr Mabel Gonzales is a leadership consultant and a leadership coach with over 30 years’ experience in helping school leaders and business executives to expand their perspective in self and organisational development.
